101 Main Road represented a strategic investment opportunity to unlock value for our client by extending and reconfiguring the existing property to provide an additional 150m2 of space for the Nameless Pub to secure its long term tenancy. The strategy involved extending the existing premises and relocating a second tenant into reconfigured space. The result was improved trading space for all tenants, marked improvement in tenants’ business performance and an impressive 14.5% return on investment for our client in year one.
