Salient Features:

• Investment managed by Granite Capital (Pty) Ltd, a FSB licensed investment manager
• Underlying assets managed by Granite Asset Management (Pty) Ltd
• Core, value-add, opportunistic strategies
• Gearing levels: determined on a case-by-case basis
• Transaction Facilitation Fee: Up to 2.0% on acquisition price, determined on a case-by-case basis
• Administration fee: up to 1.5% per annum
• Performance Fee: Hurdle rates are strategy dependent
