Overview
Gunners Factory Park is a 11,540 square meter light industrial park and office block located on the corner of Gunners Circle and Grenville Ave in Epping Industrial, Cape Town. The property was acquired in 2005 for its modular layout which suited a mini-unit subdivision strategy to unlock value.
Several million has been spent subdividing and leasing up the park which has enjoyed an average occupancy of greater than 90%. Granite has fulfilled multiple roles including strategic development, project management and day-to-day property and facilities management.
